What We Do
EEPB, P.C. assisted the management of a privately held company and their legal counsel in drafting the financial aspects of SEC filings required for an initial public offering as a REIT in April 2010. This involved the combination of more than 40 real estate related entities, located in 15 states, each of which EEPB helped nurture from “the back of a napkin”.
