Michael serves as a director in EEPB’s Tax department. He joined the firm in 1998, upon graduating from Texas A&M University with a BBA degree in Accounting. He works primarily with high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses, providing consultation and assistance in the accounting, tax consulting, and tax compliance arenas. His client exposure includes a broad range of industries, with a major focus on construction, manufacturing, real estate, professional service firms, and healthcare. Michael is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs.
