Carl serves as a manager in EEPB’s Tax department. He joined the firm in 2007. He brings 47+ years of experience in governmental, private industry, and public tax practice to assist clients with their federal, state, and local excise and indirect tax planning, compliance, and audit needs. His knowledge and expertise span multiple industries, such as healthcare, construction, communication, retail, internet marketing, manufacturing, professional services, and mineral exploration. He has been a member of various committees for the American Petroleum Institute, Texas Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Association, and Texas Taxpayers & Research Association. Carl is on the board of directors for the Woodland Hills Trail Association. His hobbies are golf and fishing.
